Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds within the Account will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

3.3 Legal Capacity. You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and are not subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or voluntary exclusion scheme that would prevent you from entering into binding contracts or engaging in online gaming activities.
4.1 One Account Only. Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jdl888 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to be operating duplicates and to withhold any pending balances pending investigation.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change. jdl888 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jdl888 will treat any activity conducted from your Account as having been authorised by you unless you have notified jdl888 of suspected unauthorised access in writing and in advance of the activity in question.
4.4 KYC Verification. jdl888 is required by its international gaming authority licence to conduct identity and age verification on all Accounts. You may be requested to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and the freezing of your Balance pending resolution.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jdl888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If you initiate a payment from a foreign-currency source, any applicable conversion fees are your sole responsibility.
5.2 Accepted Methods. jdl888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. Available methods are subject to change at jdl888's discretion without prior notice.
5.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit is MYR 30. The minimum withdrawal is MYR 50. Maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. jdl888 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund the Account ("same-source rule"), subject to the limits of each payment method. Withdrawals in excess of deposit amounts via the same source may be directed to an alternative verified payment method at jdl888's discretion. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification.
5.5 Processing Times. jdl888 endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly for fully verified Accounts. Processing times vary by payment method. jdl888 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
6.1 General. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by jdl888 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotional-specific term and these general Terms, the promotional-specific term prevails in respect of that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins or matched deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the combined total of your real-money Balance and Bonus Funds until the bonus is either forfeited or fully wagered.
6.3 Abuse. jdl888 monitors all accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of mathematical advantages, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and wagering patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine game play. jdl888 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close the Account, where abuse is detected.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. jdl888 is not required to provide notice prior to expiry.
7.1 Rules of Play. Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own rules of play, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. In the event of a dispute concerning game outcomes, the game's server log is the definitive record.
7.2 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or interruption in service that affects the outcome of a game round, jdl888 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any stakes placed in that round to the player's Balance. jdl888 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from game malfunctions.
7.3 Sportsbook. All sports betting activity is subject to jdl888's Sportsbook rules, including rules governing live betting, settlement of markets, and void conditions. Markets are settled based on official results from recognised sporting bodies. jdl888 reserves the right to void bets placed on obviously incorrect odds.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jdl888's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 jdl888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

13.2 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting jdl888 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
jdl888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, jdl888 will provide advance notice to registered players via their registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jdl888's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact jdl888 in writing to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Where disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, they shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of jdl888's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
